You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, items must be:
Unused, unworn, and in the same condition received
In original packaging with all accessories
Free from pet hair, stains, odors, or signs of use
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
To start a return, contact us at contact@coralcritter.com. Returns must be approved first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
The item arrived damaged
The item arrived defective
You received the wrong item
In these situations, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost after verifying the issue.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there is any problem, email us within 48 hours with:
Photos or video of the product
Packaging
The shipping label
Once confirmed, we will send a replacement or refund.
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Used items
Items with pet hair or signs of wear
Clearance/sale items
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made products
We accept cancellations until your order has been processed and shipped.
Once an order is fulfilled, we can no longer cancel it
Customers in the European Union may cancel their order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Processing time: 3–10 business days (your bank may take longer)
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or severely delayed, we will issue a free replacement or provide a refund after verification with the carrier.
