Thank you for choosing CoralCritter! We are committed to delivering your pet accessories safely, efficiently, and with complete transparency. This Shipping Policy explains exactly how and when your order will arrive, so you always know what to expect.

📦 Processing Time

  • 1–3 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Note: Changes to an order can only be made within 12 hours. After this timeframe, the order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be modified.

🔎 Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are emailed once the order has shipped.

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking activity to begin showing updates.

  • It is normal for tracking to show "Label Created" or “In Transit” for several days during early stages of international shipping.

If you have not received tracking after 5 days, please contact us at contact@coralcritter.com.

🛑 Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address was entered, email us within 12 hours: contact@coralcritter.com

  • After this period, we may be unable to modify the shipment.

  • CoralCritter is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

📬 Delayed, Lost, or Stalled Packages

While rare, delays can occur due to customs or courier issues.

We guarantee the following:

Late Delivery Protection

If your package has not arrived after the maximum estimated delivery window, contact us and we will (based on the situation):

  • Reship the order for free, or

  • Provide a refund

Lost Package Protection

If tracking confirms the package is lost, we will:

  • Reship the order, or

  • Issue a refund

💳 Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Some international orders may incur customs fees depending on your local regulations.

  • These fees are not included in our pricing.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country.

This is standard for all cross-border ecommerce.

  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

  • Free shipping may be available during promotions or on selected products.
